I've been banking with the GFCU for over 30 years. During all these years, I've always received exceptional service!!!! Today, 6/27/22, I applied for a personal loan. Heidiann Paulus Duru assisted me in processing my loan. I assumed it would take several days before I would know anything. Even with me making a mistake when signing the on-line documents, the entire process was completed in a couple of hours. Heidi never lost her patience and always treated me with the utmost respect!!!! It is seldom l find this high quality professionalism in the world today! Though I am not a million dollar customer, Heidi treated me as such!!!! Thank you GFCU for selecting employees like Heidi that truly care about their customers!!!!
