      We're new to credit unions and feel like we've been missing out our entire adult life. We had no idea what we were missing! The personal service and care we have received have eclipsed our previous banking experiences by a mile! Dreena, specifically, has been a huge help as we have moved from out-of-state. We were dreading switching banks, but she has helped make this aspect of our move stress-free.

      Virtual Teller/deposit gone wrong. In store is fantastic. However, If you need a banker/teller via chat...look forward to a 24 hour response. If you submit a callback when you call in versus waiting on hold. No one calls you back. I have had a terrible experience via chat and over the phone. The seem to have the most inconvenient convinces available. I have been banking with them for 3+years and this remains the same. In person or nothing. I called them at around noon est time and it's 5:17p. No call, chat response, or vm. Been staring at my phone and working at the same time. All I wanted to was to get my issue resolved today or hear from someone. I work bank hours so the app is the next best thing, when there is actual customer service provided. I would have been cool with "hey, this needs to be managed in store." I got nothing. Very disappointed and that's extremely hard to do when you work in the service industry too. This is beyond understanding to be passed over.
