      Never returns the VM. Checks take way too long to clear. 12 days. Staff sucks. With all the options for non banking choose something else.

      We take member service very seriously at Greenville Heritage FCU and are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience. Our expectation is that voicemails should be returned in a timely manner – the same business day if possible or the next business day at the latest. Our hold period varies depending upon member history. A check hold is not always necessary, and there are ways members can avoid having a hold placed on a check they deposit. Unfortunately, check fraud is rampant and this policy protects our members and the credit union from losses. We want to look into your complaints and get your feedback, so we can discuss your experience with our employees, but we could not locate you in our member database. Please call 864.467.4160 and ask for the branch manager for our Main/Downtown Office to discuss the specifics of your situation.
