  Greg Herman is so amazing. I was in the process of purchasing a home in 2018 and I was with New American Funding at the time. Well, my agent at N.A.F. screwed up the paperwork the Friday before the following Monday the home was to be inspected and the paperwork fell through. I went to speak to the seller about the situation and told her to accept one of the investor/cash offers that was initially presented by her rude real estate agent because I didn't want her to be in the dark about what was going on with the loan agency. Well, to my surprise the seller refused the offer, told me this was My house, and then said, "Let me call the person who helped me get this house 4 years ago. Well, she called Greg, left him a message ( because it was his birthday that day in 2018), told him about the situation, and also gave me his number after leaving him a message. I left him a message as well, and he did return the call the very next day as his message promised. Well, he asked me to send him my paperwork, which i did, and in 3 days he called me and said "Miss. Stanley, we can move forward". He found the money issue in my paperwork and properly corrected it, and did in 2 weeks what I and my agent, Kristy Heisser, was trying to do in 2 years. So when he's humbly referred to as the "Loan Engineer" you can guarantee he is exactly that. He's professional, kind, funny, extremely knowledgeable in what he does and (excuse my french) but, is damn good at what he does. I promote Greg Herman and what he does every chance I get because he is out there to help people, no matter who you are. He makes you feel like you're the only one that's truly important and he puts forth such an amazing effort with what he does. Greg maintains contact, always returns your call, follows up on everything he says in a unbelievably timely manner, and is very forthcoming. IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. He made the home buying process fun, so I don't get what people say about it being stressful, because it wasn't. AT ALL. My only regret is not knowing him sooner because I could've gotten more accomplished in a shorter period of time. But, God's time not mine made this perfect.   I just finished my refinance with Greg Herman! Greg was absolutely amazing! He was able to help me lower my overhead by almost $2000 a month! Wow! Greg was patient and very professional! If you want to refinance a manufactured home, he will take care of it! He is the best!!! Michelle
