      These guys are by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Be prepared to receive different information from each representative you speak too. Have sent all documents they need and they still won't give me any information on the account. Oh and also be prepared for the employee's to just hang up on you because of their incompetence. No reason these guys have been sued multiple times!!!

      Gregory Funding LLC are a bunch of criminals! Between the call center having a 2 hour wait, zero call backs, website is useless, billing system always down. Their system is constantly down, and they will blame you for this and don't think they will take any responsibility. Customer service reps will not help you and will not transfer you to anyone who will. you are just screwed if you are unlucky enough to have your mortgage bought by these idiots. CLASS ACTION SUIT ANYONE? seriously, anyone want to start a class action suit against these guys, I am looking into it.....
