Gretchen worked with me almost on a daily basis through my refinancing efforts. She told me exactly what was needed and when. Once required documentation was provided, she then let me know what to expect next. When the appraisal was complete, she then led me through the rest of the process. She was also at my closing. Everything and more than expected from my lender. Exceptional service and professionalism. Will be going back to her when we buy/build our new home in a couple of years.
