  I had a wonderful experience with Griffin Funding. As I was attempting to relocate to another state for work, I actually talked with another lender in the early stages, which was a helpful comparison. It was like night and day. Kelli and Kristi at Griffin were amazing. From the very beginning, they were willing to bend over backwards to support me through the process – willing to answer all my questions and give me their time – which is a big need for a first time home buyer. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly friendly, responsive and supportive. I highly recommend this team. Thank you for a great experience!

  IF YOU ARE AN INVESTOR, RUN AWAY . I am a investor looking for a re-fi on a 4 plex. I was going to do some renovations on the building along with a new roof. I paid way too much for the appraisal they ordered and it actually came in at 100k over what we needed. Well these clown’s couldn’t wrap their brains around that and rejected the loan because it needed a roof. I had a estimate in hand for 18k for the roof. Now I have a useless 1250.00 appraisal and a lot of wasted time. (Don’t worry , I have some more complaining to do ,some official, some unofficial) . They in no way (in my opinion) should have a broker’s license. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else besides here. After seeing the incredibly rude response from this company I wanted to say something else. The thing that made me the most upset was that in the beginning they said that there was nothing that would derail this. It would be just fine. Once one little hiccup came up and they basically threw out the baby with the bathwater. Could they have made it work? Absolutely they could. They just chose not to because it would add to the difficulty. So instead they left me flopping around like a fish. Let me ask you this, what would you think if you had sold your house and had all your stuff in a moving truck ready to go then out of nowhere this so-called company decided that they weren’t going to fund it any longer. And pull the rug out from underneath you. Leaving you completely stranded and homeless. Also out a lot of money. Well that’s how I feel. Let’s face it the house is not worth zero because it needs a roof. I told them to just write the check to the roofer. But no that would be difficult. And you just tell me I need a hard money lender, they should’ve told me that in the beginning before I wasted $1250 on an appraisal. And a bunch of emails and a bunch of drama and a bunch of my time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

  Sir, no QM or Non-QM lender on the planet will lend on a property that needs a new roof/roof repairs. We suggest that you reach out to a hard money lender or get the roof repaired. Thank You, The Griffin Team!

  These people won't stop calling me. They have harassed me for the last month. It started when I applied for a mortgage through lending tree and somehow these people got my number and have called me multiple times a day, every day since, even after I've already closed on my house. They call me and when I answer they hang up or do not say anything. Or they'll leave me voicemails and they usually don't even say anything on the message. I've asked repeatedly to be put on the do not call list and even reached out to someone through LinkedIn. Leave me alone! I'd report you to the BBB, but you're not even members! Pathetic! Stay away from these people!
