  Tom answered my questions thoroughly and accurately in just a few short minutes, which is something my own mortgage company failed to do during several long phone calls. Tom made the process of refinancing my home quick and enjoyable. I believe the whole process took about a week-that is with him waiting on me to gather some of my paperwork. He has a pleasant calm demeanor on the phone and is very knowledgeable (approx. 30 years in the business). After working with him I referred my sister and she was able to refinance within the following two weeks! I highly recommend Tom! Best of all, Tom saved me thousands of dollars in closing costs-the closing cost was HALF of what other companies were offering me!!
