      Run!!! Don’t walk- run away from this agency. I hate to even give them one star. Any help I’ve actually received has been from corporate and the 1-800 customer service line. They don’t return calls, they don’t answer the phone, so if you have a week to try to get a hold of someone- have fun! This agent will be for you if you don’t value time, common courtesy and a smidgen of customer service. It’s The worst. Best decision I’ve ever made was to get rid of this so called agency.

      This is the laziest Nationwide insurance branch I've ever delt with you can't even get a call back. We had an auto dealer policy with them and they let the ball drop one to many times. Stay clear of this branch.
