They fired a lady who adopted a couple of kids because the biological father of the kids found out that’s Where she worked and called her at work. She did everything she could she had a no contact order put on and they still fired her when she is the one doing the right thing. They could do that to their own employees imagine what they would do with your money. she deserves that bank to stand by her not throw her away.

When my mom got brain cancer and we took care of her, they froze her bank card. My mom was under hospice care and when she passed because she was unable to call them they froze her account and kept the $ although we took care of her. Worst bank ever! Jordan and their finance personnel are cold. Don't care about your cost of taking care of a loved one. Cold is how I describe this bank including theft.
