Honestly if I could leave negative stars I would. I used this accounting company for 6 years, first 3 I was very happy, the last 3 they have cost me thousands in mistakes, they refuse to answer the phones or call back, or email back. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this past year my taxes were in on time but not filed until after July, for an S Corp that means penalties, a lot of them. I called almost every day leaving voicemail after voicemail, I cannot explain the level of unprofessional service I received. DO NOT HIRE GROTH ACCOUNTING.

I recently had some tax questions for them I wanted to talk through and was never able to get a hold of someone to talk with. I provided them with all the information they requested and spent several weeks trying to set up a time to review my situation. I received a call back one time and was not available to take the call. After calling back, I never heard from them again.
