  THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! See my emails and their responses to returning my investments funds. December 8 I have been waiting for a funds transfer from Groundfloor since 11/28. It is still incomplete. PNC says the holdup is from Groundfloor, not them. Also, I would like an update on the one remaining investment I have. It has not been updated since 11/1/21. Thanks for writing in! I have gone ahead and submitted an engineering ticket on your behalf for the funds transfer since it has not processed yet, that way we can manually push it through for you. Your remaining investment is for 1209 Norwich Road- Foreclosure proceedings are ongoing. GROUNDFLOOR has reached out to the borrower regarding the status of the listing. I will follow up when I hear back on the ticket, thanks! Britni Britni, Are you telling me that if I had not contacted you this morning this money would have continued to be in limbo? That's not acceptable. How long will it take Groundfloor to manually push this transaction through? I realize we are not dealing with a great deal of money here but I'll tell you now these $700 investments were tests before I dumped more funds in. Not willing to do that now. That is the latest information I am seeing. Foreclosure processes can be lengthy. I'll ping Asset Management to post a further update when they have one. We spoke last Tuesday 12/7 about my missing $500. You said it would be expedited but another 3 days has passed and I still don't have my money. With facilitators such as Zelle available, there's no reason for me to have to wait any longer for this money. It has been a full two weeks since I requested it. Please advise. I've filed complaints with the BBB & the GA State Attorneys Office & the GA Real Estate Commission. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

  Thank you for your feedback. While it's unfortunate that you had a negative experience, we don't take this feedback lightly. We recognize we aren't perfect, and will use this as an opportunity to continue to improve. Your funds have been hung up between our platform and our third party payment processor. While almost all funds transfers get processed quickly and seamlessly, systems can break and in this case, your transfer was held up in processing. We have further escalated the case and have received confirmation that the transfer is now moving through the channels correctly. We are sorry for the delay and hope we can regain your trust in the future.
