  I want to give a thank you and appreciation notice to Eugene, thank you so much for the help you did give me and please continue on helping the ones in REAL need when needing their money. As for Grow the bank itself, obviously whoever is in charge of making the policies you must not of ever gone through hardships and it blows my mind that you put a hold on people's checks every two weeks once opening an account. Was only here a month and even with my payroll being under ADP the most well known payroll you'll still put a hold on it? Not even just that you all are well aware of everyone's struggles and you do this to people?

  I’ve been banking with them for 15 years . They are the best . Special shout out to heather m. and karina s. They helped me get a new credit card and went above and beyond . Very patient and held my hand through the whole process ! Thank you girls !

  My husband and I have been using Grow for several years now and have been to the 580 location in the Clearwater/Dunedin area several times. Every staff member we have interacted with has been so kind, cheerful, and helpful. Jennifer helped us at the 580 location today and was such a joy to work with. The team is efficient and has excellent communication as I watched them work together to take care of all the customers. The bank itself is clean and welcoming, and I love the colors that Grow locations use to make the buildings more homey and cheerful. Thank you Grow for being such a wonderful, welcoming bank that not only takes care of our needs, but explains processes to us and truly goes the extra mile to make our experiences great. I’ve been to the Wesley chapel location as well and they have always been helpful, but the 580 location has been especially nice to work with.
