I went to this bank a while ago to open an account and to also apply for a credit card and fortunate enough, I was approved. This is the best credit union in this area for certain. A young lady by the name of Kyla was very courteous and kind enough to explain every little detail. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone

For two days and 6 people later I finally talked to someone that could help me with my card problems. All the answers that I got was sorry we can't help you. Call your Bank. ? Then why is the number on my card for? I had to jump thought so many hoops to get to the truth about my problem and for the right person to help me. I my family has been with GTE for a very long time and I have never had such a hard time trying to get someone to help me fix my problem.
