      Trying to speak to anyone at this branch or any branch is totally impossible. I don’t appreciate spending 15 minutes putting in all my information to verify who I am and then once I speak to someone I have to give my life information and then receive a code, go through a link to put in the code just to get one piece of information. You already eliminated the personal touch of a teller but then not being able to speak directly to someone at a branch is gone to. I called 3 branch numbers and got the same automated system. Then the 1st person I spoke to said please hold as I get you that information just to transfer me again without saying anything and have to go through the full verification again. Such poor personal service EVER!!!
