  no wonder the guy works at a pawn shop. The guy on the phone said he would buy my brand new paint gun for 50 bucks, i get there he says I’ll only take it for 10-15. then i said what about 20, then he goes I’ll pass on it then. It looks like they only get 3 customers a day, it looks so run down & I’ll never go there again. If i could go 0 stars i would. It’s like they’ll give your hopes up over the phone then low ball you when you get there. They have no negotiation skills.

  We never give a price over the phone and I can never agree to any deal sight unseen, you must have been mistaken. Also, we only take in brand new items when there is a receipt as that is state law, if you did not have it -- no pawn shop will take a brand new item without one.

  Won't even touch non unlocked phones. Not sure how many others wouldn't but that's kinda stupid

  Without a receipt or some verification the phone is unlocked, there is no way to determine if the phone is sellable. As we guarantee everything we sell for 30 days, without confirming any item is in good, working condition we will often decline to purchase or pawn those items.
