      Sometime I receipted the phone calls from this company, but just the robot callings. I called back later many times, and I think you know what next. Robot answers, my SSA is not in this company system, it's mean "They sold my loan to another company". Pay by online, many times I tried to complain about "can not pay by online", nobody from this company wants to help me fix their system. Last month, I sent a personal check for my monthly payment by mail at post office with receipt. My money still there, did I sent it to wrong address? I can not "pay by online" and now I can not "pay by mail". What can I do now for my monthly payment? Terrible company, Stearns Lending.
