She digs in to get her clients the fastest approvals, lowest rates and unlike banks works with your schedule, which is a must in this fast moving real estate market.       Working with Guaranteed Rate was the WORST experience myself and my real estate agent had with a lending company. I was under contract with my dream home in Boise and due to gross negligence and Misconduct on behalf of Guaranteed rate I fell out of contract after getting them an extension of 8 days after they had failed to meet the original contract. I cannot in good faith ever recommend this company to anyone and have them deal with the heartache I feel after losing this home.
