  Highly highly recommend the Guaranteed Rate office in Frankfort. Everyone I worked with (Shellie, Rob, and Beth) were great to deal with, thorough, and extremely helpful. The process of buying the house had some weird detours and obstacles and postponements but they made it all bearable. A really nice office full of people to work with.

  Download all my documents went over what I was looking for and what Options I had. Still have yet to receive an answer or Preapproval letter. even though my credit was checked they had what was needed. the other two companies I was looking at where more helpful had better communication and actually it’s like they wanted my business.

  We just closed on our new home today. Angie Brandau and team did an amazing job getting our loan done within the time frame the seller requested. Angie and her team were always on top of things to make sure we had all necessary paperwork. Angie is professional but very friendly. She helped us out of a horrible situation in which we greatly appreciate for that. She let's you know every step that has been completed and what step is next. She was always there for us to answer questions, ease our worries, or any other request. She keeps in contact from start to finish. She was our main go to person when we had a question or just reassurance. I always could contact her via email, text, or call.
