CAROLYN NELSON TO THE RESCUE!!! We had issues with our first 2 lenders--the first lender tried to sneak in a few things and the other lender didn't understand our financials!! Carolyn was recommended by a friend and boy am I glad we found her! She stepped in just 3 weeks to our closing date and made it happen.
