      I had been going to other locations over the years and wasn't too happy with customer service. Glad I decided to start coming to this location! Excellent customer service, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff! Kuddos to you all!

      Absolute leech of a facility. Unreliable and quite frankly, dishonest. Had to reach out more than four times for one incident, was told that the person in charge was on leave, out for the day, etc.. never once received a return call to sort out the problem. So this place either has no concern for your issues or their MO is to straight up railroad you into paying fees by essentially becoming ghosts. I am deactivating my account. I would rather have a higher interest percentage on the remainder of my loan than to do business with these people furthermore.

      Stay away, stay away!!. Crooked bank. Jeff is a total crook and should be admonished from the banking industry!!! Won a land auction fair and square for almost 130 thousand dollars, and then Jeff said they were not going to go thru with the sale because they did not get what they wanted!!! Crooked and dishonest bank!!! Stay far away!!! They make their own rules!! Dishonest bank!!!
