      I indeed had a lot of business with this bank over a lifetime, then someone representing the bank got her wires crossed started calling Fraud. Needless to say, I left this Fraudulent business never to return.

      I have been a long-time personal and small business customer. Though I really appreciate the staff in the drive through as they are always friendly and helpful, I don't appreciate how I am not treated as a valuable customer when I apply for a loan that should have been very simple. No personal attention. Nothing. Just treated like a number as is so common with banks. That changed my whole perspective and I don't plan to keep my accounts with them long term.
