I used my Netspend card to withdraw money $240 from this bank. The atm dispersed $80 and dropped $160 down in the machine. I called the bank on Monday. Told them what had happened. I was told I would have to wait until they could go out and check the ATM. It would be a few days because it took 3 employees to check it at one time and they did not have that many working!!! I called back a week later and they found $160 down in the machine. But I needed to call Netspend and start a paper trail and I did! A month and a half later I called the bank back and tell them Netspend is showing $240 was dispensed.. in which it was but the ATM dropped $160 (and was found in the bottom of the ATM machine by bank employees.). The bank said they need a copy of transactions from Netspend showing I only rec’d $80!!!!! Netspend can NOT show that! It was the banks machine that malfunctioned and the $160 was found by the bank but I was told since Netspend cannot show the $160 was dropped I lose my $160! I am on disability w/a traumatic brain injury and had got a $500 loan to pay some bills and the money was put on a Netspend card. I lost the $160! This is NOT right!
