They were willing to work with me, even having a few hiccups previously. I have never missed a payment, been late a few times but they have always been nice to me. They have called me to remind me my payment was due and I paid. Not sure what the previous bad reviews are about. But just make your payments and communicate with them if there is problems on your end. Goes along way.....

THE WORST finance company I’ve ever dealt with. The car place I bought my car from sold my loan to Guardian and I’ve had nothing but problems this whole time. I was $6.00 short on a payment at the beginning of my loan and instead of calling me to tell me and see if I could fix it they just kept tacking fees each month. The employee said, “We just didn’t feel the need to call you & let you know” when I asked where these fees were from. Every time I call it’s always something different with these ladies. AWFUL!!!!

Possibly the worst customer service in the industry. They prey on people that need loans and do NOT follow through on what their account management team will tell you over the phone.
