      Closed 3 days late resulting in $600+ of extra moving cost. “On the bright side” she told us our first payment would be due November 1 instead of October 1 because of the delay. They didn’t properly update a form in the loan package signed at closing and now our first payment is due a month earlier than expected. After an already terrible experience during the approval process this happening really pushed me over the edge. Overall the mistakes made are costing my family over $2000 cash. Would have loved to put that toward improvements to my new home instead of pointless moving cost & a useless loan payment.
