  Process was choppy and unorganized. Title search was not requested until 17 days after realtor sent contract to title company. I was asked for the same documentation more than once on multiple occasions. Communication between Loan officer and team is lacking. I was told I was holding my file from going to underwriting when the documents needed were submitted to processor over 4 hours prior to me asking the status of my file. Unprofessional communication; ending a conversation between loan officer and customer with “I’m out” is not appropriate. Closing documents were not corrected when I pointed out a $1,000 error over 24hrs prior to scheduled closing resulting in additional wire transfer fee for myself. My largest concern is with the loan officers supervisor(s). I called and left more than one message with supervisor. When he had his secretary call me, I told her I wish to speak with the supervisor. I was called back by a female who said she was a member of management. I later found out she was a member of processing team. I then attempted to contact the next supervisor in the chain. I called 4 times and left one, maybe two, messages. I have yet to hear from either one. Based on that, I hold Guild Mortgage accountable for my poor experience, not loan officer. Employees are a direct reflection of their management.
