      Mark is the absolute best. He and his office went above and beyond, working long hours and running things to ground for us, just to make sure we were taken care of. No complaints at any time, using a VA loan and having complications from the VA apprasial side (not the fault of Guild) and still got excellent service! I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a home go to Mark!

      I always have a great experience working with Mark and his team at Guild Mortgage Co. of Sumter! My clients who choose to work with him have all had wonderful experiences as well. This is a big deal, since the mortgage process can be very stressful! Mark and his team have a local office, and they offer online resources for those relocating from out of town or with busy schedules. They are always on my list of recommended lenders!
