      The Best Mortgage Company...they worked out so many kinks for me and my family! They are dedicated to getting you taken care of, I am a hard ball and they took the time to explain everything and I didn’t have to go in and sign anything, everything was done through email.

      They are very horrible about communication they wait till the end of the day or towards the end of the day to say hey I need this paper when you only have till Thursday to close on your house they wait till the end of the day to do anything really

      Horrible DO NOT USE THIS LENDER! We were suggested to use them and never should have. They told us they would have us closed in time for my move out date from my apartment. Arthur, Melissa, Hector, and other staff will go days without answering messages or questions. They have one person do something and then hand it off to another causing too many hands on the file and nothing getting done. They should have checked something on our background from the start being our first home and checked it the day of closing causing us to lose the house. The Realtor tried to work with them and got no response either and this Lender then bad mouthed our realtor on email and to the seller's realtor when our realtor was trying to help us and did nothing wrong. They were so frustrating the Seller sent two letters stating they would no longer work with us based on our Lender and how unprofessional they were and untimely. I called crying knowing I was about to have no where to live and they didn't care. Sat on our file. We lost the house, lost 2000.00 plus being charged for utilities for a home we never lived in, and I am now living on a mattress with three children while pregnant with my fourth on the floor at a friends house and had to pay movers 1100.00 plus extra to put my furniture in storage. This has been the worst experience of my life. And no one and guild cares. DO NOT put your time or money into this group!
