  I recently bought my first home and used Guild as my mortgage company. Richard, and his team made the process so easy. They were helpful every step of the way. Morgan and Pat were very knowledgeable and helped with any questions. Richard was available any time I called. I highly recommend Richard and the Guild Mortgage team.

  My husband and I are first time home buyers. Starting off with Guild was great, they were friendly on the phone. We obviously were new and had a lot of questions and documents to get together. Once we sent them all of the documents, they completely stopped communicating with us. With a house on the market that we were interested in, it was important to us to get the process moving so we could put in an offer, but they made it impossible by ignoring emails. Needless to say, we went to another company and got pre-approved and put in an offer within 6 days. I would not recommend Guild.

To address your concerns, according to our records we did not receive all necessary documents. We have attempted to contact all of your past and present employers on several occasions with no avail. Without this information we could not verify your income or employment to move forward. Communication continued throughout this time.
