  We have worked with Randy twice in the past, this time I tried a lender I have a work relationship with. Horrible mistake! After three months of non-stop asking for more information and never getting to close I finally had enough. I called Randy and within five minutes had a rate that was half a point lower and a promise to make it easy and fast. He nailed it! We closed in a more than reasonable time and it could not have been easier! We were never asked for the same documents multiple times like the last lender, and at no point did Randy and David not have an answer for a question. They both were top notch. I will not even consider looking elsewhere for my next mortgage. I can't say refi because the rate is so great it will be hard to beat in the future.
