  I can't say enough about Mark Ebinger at Residential Mortgage. We had a bit of a tricky situation, and his expertise brought us through the home buying process with ease. I had tons of questions through the whole process and through it all Mark was available to help me understand every aspect of our journey from pre-approval to settlement. My realtor told me several times how knowledgeable and well versed he was, particularly in the USDA loan process. He definitely "knows his stuff" and I am beyond grateful we were able to work with him. Not only that, he secured an incredible interest rate for us- the lowest of any other company I researched. His common sense approach, years of experience, and no nonsense manner were a breath of fresh air. Together, he and our realtor made a wonderful team, and we never could have done it without them. Thank you, Mark!!
