      Trisha is fantastic mortgage lender. She's very responsive and always able to answer questions. She has helped numerous clients with their loans and they are consistently happy with her service. I personally used her for my own home loan and couldn't have been more satisfied.

      My fiancé and I recently purchased our first home. We contacted Trisha after receiving a recommendation through our realtor. We came in with a lot of questions as we were really confused as well as discouraged due to a previous encounter with another mortgage lender. Trisha answered all of our questions throughout the whole process and even provided additional education, teaching, and tips. She was very responsive and would even walk us through paperwork after 5pm. She is very knowledgeable and seems to enjoy what she does. She made us both feel comfortable the whole way through. We wouldn't recommend anyone else.

      Worst mortgage company ever!!! They purchased our loan from another company (that we actually liked). It's very difficult to get through to anyone. They "forget" to do things that are requested regularly. When you do finally get through to someone they either tell you they cannot/help, drop the call while transferring you, or their process is slower than molasses to get anything done. Do yourself a favor and do NOT use this mortgage company.
