Love the Gordon team!!! We did our original loan with them as well as a refinance a couple years later, and a second refi to pull equity from the house a year after that! They are beyond helpful and informative. The first refinance was a breeze. I'm not sure if it's because they already had all our information on hand or if they're really just that good! It took less than 30 days and didn't have any hiccups! The second time around we had some issues with our termite inspection and confusion regarding the loan estimate, but they fought through the hardship and more importantly fought for us! They go above and beyond, explain everything and truly want what is best for you and your loan! Aaron, Kim and Amber all took great care of us and we will be back when it's time for a rate reduction!
