      I have never been so impressed with any professional of any variety. When I sought out help with my mortgage, I never anticipated the amount of quality service I was provided. Miranda has quite literally worked around the clock (Even on Sunday) to make my home ownership a seamless process. Every question I had was given an honest, realistic answer. Every estimation of what to expect has been spot-on. Most importantly, I never felt like I was talking to a soulless machine. These are REAL people with REAL values. I always got the feeling that I was not just a business transaction -- but a partnership.
