      If you need a mortgage look no further! Tucked away in the Ford building upstairs is this quiet little office full of the most helpful, friendly, kind and HONEST people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My wife and I did shop around before we were recommended guild and let me tell you that was a very unenjoyable experience everywhere else we went we were treated like a number or we didn't fit into this box so they couldn't help us. I could not be happier with the decision that we made and for anyones future mortgage needs guild is only one place to go as far as I'm concerned!

      If I could give a no-star rating I would. Absolutely the worst experience I could have dreamed of for buying a house all because of the lender and their incompetence. The branch manager, Kianna Logan, was a nightmare to deal with and made the process far worse. Even with good credit, good income, and 37% down. We had used Guild mortgage on an investment property in Oregon and had a wonderful experience but this Kalispell branch fell far short of even our lowest expectations. Stay away and use ANYONE else!
