I am very disappointed in this lender!!! We had started a process of purchasing a home we are first time home buyers so of curse the process is super new to us. After we started the process, she completely lost communication with us and the realtor. Mind you she never responded to our calls, she made us loose the deal on the house, we lost our earnest money, and now we have to move out and find a new place to live. I highly suggest to look elsewhere and not waste your time with Ema or she will make you loose your deal.
