If you want things to go quick and easy Joanna is the way to go. Upfront, honest and transparent. Very thorough and super fun and easy going. Closing in 15 days instead of 30. My credit is a little rocky and this process was an absolute breeze. Highly recommend!! My new place in Maple Valley / Black Diamond with an interest rate that you wouldn't believe. Shes the real deal.
