Guild Mortgage, specifically Joe Pattee, has/have provided us fantastic service on multiple occasions. Even if it would be possible to find a better interest rate, we will never work with anyone other than Guild and Joe. He always responds immediately, he's a straight shooter and will tell you how it is whether it's exactly what you want to hear or not.
