      Kevin never picks up the phone, and there was not ample communication with Guild. Mysteriously, the week before closing my credit score dropped 50 points, and after promising better rates and an updated estimate, none of the paperwork was updated. Somehow, my credit score, just 5 days after closing, magically jumped back up 45 points! How convenient. I wouldn’t recommend Kevin, or this company to anyone.
