      Has to be the worst Mortgage company in the world ,with a corrupt office at the beach 5 weeks no appraisal, can't find my loan, 3 % to 5% down, started at $4500 down ended at $ 9000 down. No 3 loan officer later lost all paperwork got to start over. With higher interest, stay clear of Guuld Mortgage, a Division of RMJ. BEWARE IF U WANT STRESS DEAL WITH GUILD
