      When we came in at about 4:30pm, the lady sitting at a computer in the lobby never even acknowledged us. However, Troyelle improved our experience when she came out. She welcomed us in with the highest level of customer service. She was patient, kind, and very helpful. Mr. Hedrick was also a wealth of knowledge about mortgage lending. I feel so much more informed and prepared after speaking with him. I'm really glad I happened upon friendly, knowledge staff, especially after walking in and feeling unimportant. If the officer had not spoken to us in the lobby, I may have assumed we were invisible at first.

      I've been a member just about my entire life as both my parents were career educators. I can honestly say in 30ish years of doing business gcefcu has always been available, competent and willing to assist in all financial facets of my personal and business (DBA) finances. Kelly the bank manager at the Pearland branch is exceptional and I have nothing but good things to say about Brittany Thompson in the loan department. Both of these ladies go above and beyond to help me achieve my business and financial goals. Very happy lifelong customer here!

      Troyelle Calligan has been extremely patient and diligent in helping us take care of a retired veteran whose spouse retired from an ISD in Texas. She provided accurate and friendly service. I had never been to this branch before this visit. Although it wasn’t directly for me, I acted as oversight and I must say, this was by far…. The most pleasant banking experience I’ve ever had.
