Mauricio Prinz from the Staples bank has been awesome, helped me with my truck loan as well my niece and nephew cars. He is always very friendly and ready to assist. He fought a dispute I had with the bank on something they took apond themselves to make a decision for me without my knowledge or approval. He went way and beyond and I so appreciate him very much he definitely has mine and my family business. has my and my family business
