I've banked with them for 13 years. They have always not only greeted me with a smile but by my name. I'm always asked about my family and our well being. I enjoy banking here and God willing will continue to do so as long as I can.

Bait and switch with lackluster customer service. Advertised savings rates were not honored. Website not current. No honoring of advertised rates even when brought to their attention. This means that they are not detailed oriented which is SCARY in banking industry. They made me wait 15 min in an empty lobby while they counted money before assisting me. I was treated so poorly and will never be back. I was there for an hour - 15 min waiting and 45 min “being helped.” It does not take 45 min to open a new account unless they dont know what they are doing - which they did not. Avoid, avoid. While they were apologetic at the end, too late. Way too many red flags. Much better interest rates at Keesler Federal Credit Union.
