  Two years so far searching for a home there is one constant I've found , that is Jane Wingate. Jane has demonstrated a level of understanding of all things in the realm of real estate finance that can only be gained from years of experience. Jane has always taken the time to sort through issues that have arisen during this journey and provide paths to overcome those obstacles. On many occasions Jane has gone above and beyond in providing client service. Supply/demand issues , rate hikes, plenty of chaos in the housing market, I know I can depend on Jane and Gulf Coast mortgage to act in my best interest and guide me through the process.   Tony and Jane where top notch and extremely professional. I have been working towards home ownership with Jane and her staff for 2 years. Jane walked me through the process and what was needed to make things happen. Once we got the approval(which happened on a weekend) Jane immediately called me and congratulated me, spent the time explaining the next steps and told me she would walk with me hand in hand throughout the process. She did just that and more!! Tony is a true blessing to work with anytime I had fear, anxiety or doubt Tony was there to assure me that everything will be just fine and that we are moving right along! He put my anxiety to rest on multiple occasions definitely a true angel and compliment to Jane. They level of communication with the team is world class, if you want to feel like family and not just a dollar sign Gulf Coast Mortgage of Naples is the way to go.
