      1 day before the closing the underwriter had not even looked at the file yet. They tried pushing the closing back another 2 weeks until we demanded to speak to the underwriter then miraculously they figured it out. Then they suggested using Paul Morris as a surveyor, he charged us much more than he quoted, we paid it and now we are still waiting for our survey 6 months later. Don't use either of these companies, they do not care
