  Some man answered, the phone; did not introduce his self after stating the company’s name. He strongly implied that I had to tell him who referred me, even after I already said one of my riders. He stated who? I started to feel really uncomfortable at this point. Once again, I’m being force to tell him information, I felt was personal. How come I wanted the loan. I said it’s was for personal usage. That wasn’t good enough, he inquired by asking the same question differently. What will you be using the loan for? Now, I’m really feeling-some-type-of-way 😣. I stated it’s for my son’s school trip. Changing my words, vacation? No, school trip..How much? I gave him the amount. This man, immediately shot me down.This man/person at Gunn Finance, judge me and disapprove my loan before getting my infomation. ALL in the name of helping me out, being up front and honest with me; about how disapproving his, financial team would be. I said nvrmd; you just LOSS a customer.🤦🏾‍♀️

  This finance company has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...They are the REAL definition of TRUTH IN LENDING DISCLOSURE...meaning they will be truthful to you...They will really work with you in paying off your loan...if you keep your end of the deal...they will keep their end...they understand that life issues do really occur in your Life during the repayment process...unlike other companies who are friendly when you get the loan and then become pit bulls collecting the loan....Logan and his assistants attitudes are always Calm...Cool...and Collected...and come up with creative goals to help you get back on track with repayments of your loan.that is what I call Great CustomerService.....if a customer has an issue with this company...I would have to tend to believe it's the customer that is the issue not this finance company...continue to help the people the way your are...
