  Words cannot explain how much this company has helped me through the mortgage process and beyond. They not only helped me get approved. I know have a better understanding and process of credit management. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future if I decide to sell or buy again.

  Ms. Michelle McCue, You should have pulled my credit back on 12/21 instead of ghosting me. None of what I relayed to you was accurate; Credit Karma and Credit Wise are absolute garbage. There were no issues with my credit, but that can be difficult for the average consumer to see and relay when dealing with what’s available to us. That’s why we rely on you, “the professionals”. I started working with Ken Stammer, and eventually Debbie Hood at American Financing when you disappeared and stopped replying to my TWO emails asking for guidance. Although it took 6 months, we just signed our closing documents on a 578k refinance yesterday with American Finance. 350ish mortgage, 200ish cash out. When people are looking for solutions that your company claims to offer, it is quite unprofessional to simply cut off communication when things get a little bit difficult. Thankfully there are professionals like Debbie Hood at American Finance willing to get their “hands dirty” and see things through. I would not recommend you, Michelle McCue, or Gustan Cho based on my experience. Respectfully, AG

  This company is not a direct lender and cannot not deliver on it's promises. One the website it list no lender overlays but they are not a lender. The truth is they have relationships with lenders and investors and will attempt to shop your loan profile around until one accepts it. They completely wasted my time for months because the end decision is not in their control. However, Rhonda Butts is a phenomenal representative. If you're loan isn't complicated she is the one you would want working for your loan. However, the information on the site is just public information summed up. Don't be fooled! They can't do anything that most banks don't already do. Every underwriter is different.

  Jennifer, I am sorry for the way you feel. NEXA Mortgage is both a lender and mortgage brokers. However on the broker side, we have a wide lending network with wholesale lenders. Ronda, me, and the whole team is available 7 days a week. NEXA MORTGAGE is our broker division and AXEN Mortgage is the mortgage lender section.
