If I could give it no stars I would. this is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. It took them two months to do three hours worth of Labor and everything was a "can't do" attitude. Unfortunately there's not too many places to take your mini so you are captive to their incompetence. They're not big on communicating very well either. If I ever go back to habberstad it will be at the Babylon branch. I heard its better. Huntington is pitiful. I've had a check engine light on for six years and to get inspection becomes an incredible ordeal and almost impossible. They can't fix their own vehicles. They actually gave up but I would not give back the courtesy car until they got it fixed. I actually had to plead with them to figure out what's wrong and don't give it back until it's inspected. Who knows how long it'll stay off this time ...every year I go through this and it's costing me thousands. Never buy a mini ...after its three years it's a huge money hole and the service department is a complete disaster. Sell your mini and go elsewhere before it's too late.
