      If I could give them a zero I would. Closing paperwork had the wrong amounts. Even after I proved to them it was wrong, the company sends me an email “tell me what you want me to do.” FIX IT. Then complains to me that she had to spend an hour on the phone to get it corrected. I’m an out of state seller, she sends me out the documents a week before and I’m all the way across the country. Then with the wrong figures which I identified to her the same day and the back and forth with her to get it corrected. I ask about notary because obviously they charge for that in their fee so I ask are you going to discount my fee to off set the amount of the notary. She tells me, no I can’t help it that your not here and you need get those documents sent off today or I am going to have to redo your paperwork and charge you more. EXTREMELY RUDE! And unhelpful. Sit back and charge you money and don’t even care to do it right or have any kind of professional courtesy. If I could do it over again, they would be the last title company I would go with.
