      STAFF ALWAYS COURTEOUS & KNOWLEDGEABLE! ORIGINALLY GAVE 5 STARS. REDUCED TO 3 STARS DUE TO ISSUES WITH CHECKS MAILED. REPEATEDLY RECEIVE CHECKS & OTHER RECEIPTS IN ENVELOPES THAT ARE NOT SEALED. MOST RECENT WAS A CHECK IN A ‘TOTALLY’ UNSEALED ENVELOPE. ONCE IN AWHILE GLITCHES OCCUR. REPEATED PROBLEMS WITH THE SAME ISSUE INDICATE A NEED TO ADDRESS THIS ERROR WITH QUALITY CONTROL IN THE MAILING OF CHECKS & OTHER IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS.

      Customer service was unprofessional and rude. Had to call the branch managers boss to open a simple savings account after being told no for having a ohio ld. Not to mention being ridiculed about the type of job i had. I hear such good things about banking with hamlin from customers at my job. Its sad there customers service doesnt get the same praise.
